Northstar has an opportunity to help out Montgomery County Foster Care parents on September 5. In order for foster care parents to maintain their license they need to have 10 hours of training per year. We want to help them out by providing babysitting and a meal while they attend in-services.
The training will be at Fieldstone Church in Christiansburg. We would like to have everyone there by 5:30 pm, so we are able to set up the food and designate people to babysit before they start at 6pm. This is going to be a huge turn out. We are expecting approximately 50 adults and 40 children. We need your help!
You are welcome to bring your own children, but just be mindful of the sitter to child ratio.
