With all the madness of day to day life, particularly this time of year, it is so important that we understand that rest is not optional. It is a necessity to our being able to serve the Lord with our whole ability. If you’ve ever wondered what the Bible says about rest or if you just feel like you aren’t finding any rest at all right now, this seminar is for you. This seminar is part of a series that will be led by Northstar Church and Cru at Virginia Tech.
