Did you know the bible tells us to shout? The bible tells us that God made us. We are His! He loves us! He loves us so much, He sent Jesus. Isn’t that amazing? Doesn’t it just make you want to, SHOUT!
All this month, our K1 Jumpstart kids have been singing songs about shouting and shining for Jesus:
This Sunday, October 29th your child will take home a glow stick as a reminder of what he/she has learned through these songs. Jesus told us that He is the light of the world,the light of life. (John 8:12) Jesus is the light and we can let His light shine before others. let your light shine before others, that they may see your good deeds and glorify your Father in heaven.(Matthew 5:16) So, crack those glow sticks as you talk to your child about ways they can shine for Jesus! Invite your child to teach you the moves to these songs and shout and shine together!
