Our church was recently contacted by our local Veteran Affairs Medical Center (VAMC) in Salem, Virginia requesting our help! The security guards at the VAMC work twelve-hour shifts in the blazing hot sun every single day and often go through an entire case of water bottles each day. Unfortunately, the VAMC recently announced they can no longer supply free water bottles to the security guards.
Please join us in loving this team well by dropping off a case (or cases) of water at the Northstar Ministry Center by June 30. These cases will then be delivered to the security guards at the VAMC in Salem.
Let’s show the VAMC what it means to BE the church!
