Josh and Carri Drake settled in Blacksburg on January 2, 2020 after spending the previous 12 years moving from West Virginia, Colorado, and most recently, Charlottesville, VA. Josh is an Assistant Professor of Molecular & Cellular Science in the Department of Human Nutrition, Foods, and Exercise (HNFE) at Virginia Tech. Carri is a sometime Physical Therapy Assistant and an all the time awesome mom. They have two boys who keep them on their toes. When not quarantined, they enjoy exploring Blacksburg by bicycle with frequent stops for pastries and hot beverages. They have been attending Northstar since moving to Blacksburg.
