Summer is almost upon us! With summer, comes our #BIGsmallGroup!
BsG is our summer small groups format, and we love the change in pace. It gives everyone in our church an opportunity to come together, meet one another and focus. Our summer schedule will launch on Wednesday, June 1 with a kickoff picnic at Nellies Cave Park.
Each Wednesday after that, we’ll be meeting at Blacksburg Christian Fellowship at 6:00 p.m. (nursery and children’s ministry available!). The evenings will feature a meal, a brief testimony/devotional and then informal discussion led by Northstar table leaders.
On the last two Wednesdays in July, we will offer training opportunities for leaders of small groups, Sunday morning serve teams, leadership teams and other practical leadership helps. The time together will also help us prepare as a church for days ahead as we seek to honor God by continuing to reach out to the neighborhoods and nations around us.

- Time: Begins Wednesday, June 1 at 6:00 p.m. with a kickoff picnic, and then runs weekly through July 27 at BCF (with a week break for Northstar Kids Camp on June 29)

If you will not be in the NRV this summer, we plan on videoing the large group sessions, so you can still join in and learn and enjoy the time with us online!
