Summer has arrived!
Big small Group is our summer small group format, and we love the change of pace! It gives everyone in our church an opportunity to come together, meet one another, and focus. Our summer schedule will launch on Wednesday, June 7, with a kickoff picnic on Northstar’s land.
Each Wednesday after that, we will be meeting at Blacksburg Christian Fellowship at 6:00 p.m. The evenings will feature an amazing meal, a share time, prayer for specific ministries and people each week, and time in small groups to discuss that evening’s topic led by Northstar table leaders.
And parents, don’t worry, because our Bloom and Jumpstart kids will not be left out of Big small Group. In our classrooms, they will get to enjoy a meal, hear a Bible story, and participate in fun activities. Our kids are also going to work together to help out Micah’s Backpack this summer, and you can help by bringing items each week.
It’s an exciting season with Northstar Church and we hope you’ll make plans to join us for the Big small Group Kickoff next Wednesday, June 7, at 6:00 p.m. on Northstar’s land, and then each Wednesday after that at BCF for the rest of the summer!
After Big small Group ends each Wednesday, we hope you’ll join us for additional fellowship at BsG Cool Down at Sweet Frog or Cook Out! Stay tuned for details each week.
