Election Day Is Days Away…
And for one reason or another, it’s likely that it’s a day that you’re looking forward to. Maybe you’re just looking forward to it being over. We would like to give you another reason to look forward to November 8!
Along with our neighbors at True North Title, we are participating in an exciting event celebrating Election Day! Throughout the day, food trucks will serve breakfast and lunch. There will also be games, raffle prizes, and more!
This event helps to support the local United Way as well as St. Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital. Wondering how you can help? You are invited and encouraged to bring food items that will be used to fill holiday dinner boxes for families in need in the New River Valley. You may also choose to bring a $5.00 donation which will be used to purchase necessary food items. For a complete list of food items needed for the dinner boxes, click here.
So come on out to the Northstar Ministry Center between 7:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, November 8 as we celebrate the close of this year’s political campaigns and be the church by helping out our neighbors in the process!
