As our fall semester of ministry prepares to start, it’s an opportunity to meet new people and find ways to invest in the kingdom of God through service. There are multiple ways to get involved at Northstar, and we encourage every member and regular attender to find a place to bless others.
One of the primary needs of our church during August-October is our Sunday Serve Team. Each week, this team prepares Blacksburg Middle School for our two worship services. From greeters to the cafe, we need willing hearts and hands to serve our church family and guests by setting up, greeting, and tearing down. The audio and tech team is another great way to serve if that interests you (we provide training).
Please consider giving one Sunday a month to the Sunday Serve Team.
