The Christmas season is an incredible time to meet and serve our neighbors during the Blacksburg and Christiansburg Christmas parades. In past years, we’ve had a Christmas float in the parade, but this year, we’ll be handing out free hot chocolate and information about December Nights!

- Christiansburg Christmas Parade, December 12, 7:00 p.m.

- Blacksburg volunteers:
- 4 will be working with downtown Blacksburg merchants at the Market Street Park at 4 p.m.(where Farmers Market is on Wednesdays)
- 8-10 will be handing out at Nest Realty on Main Street at 6:30 p.m.

- Christiansburg volunteers:
- No limit to number! We’ll be setting up in front of old Main Street Baptist Church (where December Nights is hosted) and hand out hot chocolate. Please be there no later than 6:15 p.m. 2-3 will be manning the hot chocolate table, and the rest will be handing out December Nights invitation cards to people watching the parade.

There will also be an incredible Christmas photo booth opportunity for families at the Christiansburg location on December 12 in which kids can have their pictures made and receive a free 5×7 mailed to them!
