In conjunction with the Staff Team, the Leadership Board will lead Northstar Church, seeking to ensure:
- That Northstar, as a church, is healthy spiritually and rooted in the gospel of Jesus Christ.
- That Northstar’s staff are healthy spiritually and rooted in the gospel of Jesus Christ. They will provide encouragement, counsel, and assistance to the Staff Team.
Each Leadership Board member serves for a three-year term, renewable for another three years, before being required to take a year off. They function as biblical elders, and provide oversight to three leadership teams:
- Staff Support Team
- Stewardship Team
- Strategic Team (currently serving as the Building Team)
