Missions Sunday 2018

Join us on Sunday, November 11 for one service at 10:00 a.m. for our annual Missions Sunday. This year we will focus on the theme of mobilization – how do we help the people of Northstar engage in ministry, missions and service locally and internationally?

We’ve invited mission agencies, campus ministries, and local ministries that we support to be a part of this special service. There will be tables in the lobby upon your arrival and exit to meet and interact with them. Also, there will be opportunities for you to get involved in Northstar ministries!

Our annual Missions Sunday is also a powerful moment for guests. They will see our church’s commitment to our communities, region and world as they hear of our heart for our neighbors and nations.

We believe that God has invited all of our church family to participate in the mission God has called us into. On Mission Sunday, you’ll have the opportunity to browse the missions and ministry tables that will be set up with representatives who can answer your questions and help you get mobilized as you find your place to engage and serve.

The Goal: Mobilize the members of Northstar Church for ministry and missions
The Method: Provide opportunities for involvement, investment and connection before and after services with representatives from various organizations and Northstar ministries available to answer questions and enlist interested persons.
