A contract has been awarded to a company to demolish the beloved (beauty is in the eye of the beholder) green house on the land. They are ready to go and are simply waiting for final permits to be granted by the county.

In recent weeks a team of Northstar men has cleaned up the land surrounding the green house. They’ve cut down trees and burned brush and trash. All appliances from the house were removed and either given away or placed in storage.

Once the green house comes down, a construction entrance will be built near where it sat, and in the days ahead, dirt will be flying!
