The Immeasurably More team is excited to announce a new phase in our process to construct Northstar’s first ministry center! The team selected two contractors to interview on Monday, May 7. After meeting with the two, the the team was thankful to be placed in a dilemma of knowing we couldn’t go wrong with either. We took a week, and on the following Monday, we notified G&H Contracting of an intent to award them with to be our contractor of choice for our project.

Now our IM team will enter into a busy phase of value-engineering. During this phase, we will be meeting regularly with our architects and contractor to help us bring the design and scope of the project into our overall budget. There will most likely be some material changes and a few design adjustments as we proceed forward.
