Between the bathrooms and the entrance to the auditorium is where you will find Northstar’s new Volunteer Center! The Volunteer Center is one of the many ways we hope to serve the volunteers who ensure worship, children’s ministry, café and other aspects of Sunday morning services are made possible. Each week, nearly 40 volunteers arrive on site to serve, and now they’ll begin by checking in at the Volunteer Center. For some of our volunteers, their service begins as early as 7 a.m. many volunteers that start early also stay for tear down, too. Other volunteers are pouring into our kids in one of three classrooms. The worship team is on stage for two services, helping us to set our hearts on Christ as we prepare to hear the week’s sermon. The Volunteer Center is now available to provide information, snacks, organization to set-up and tear down efforts and to ensure our volunteers know we value their time and talents.
