After 18 years of being nomads and more than eight years of looking for land, fundraising, buying land, and beginning construction, we had our first worship services in our new church home on Easter Weekend! We are so grateful and humbled to be IN at long last!
A special weekend
On Saturday-Sunday, May 1-2, we will be celebrating this historic moment in the life of our church with a fun-filled and praise-saturated weekend together! You’re invited, and we want your help inviting former members, friends, community leaders and influencers, and your neighbors and families!
Saturday: MUSIC • TOURS • GAMES FOR KIDS • FOOD TRUCKS
From 4:00-8:00 p.m. on Saturday, we will have an fun afternoon together with a formal ribbon-cutting, building tours, food trucks and games for kids!
Sunday: WORSHIP • CELEBRATION • KIDS MINISTRY • PICNIC
On Sunday, there will be ONE WORSHIP SERVICE at 10:00 a.m. It will feature celebration worship! After the service, we will have a picnic on the grounds!
Spread the word!
We need your help spreading the word to former members and friends of Northstar! Use dontgo.be/openhouse AND personal invitations/texts/word of mouth – all the things! We want as many who can to participate in this weekend! (And yes, we will be doing another “grand opening” weekend this coming fall!)
Parking
We already know parking will be challenge! We’ve arranged to shuttle you via bus from the Prices Fork Elementary School parking lot (just down the road). So please plan on arriving early to give yourself adequate time for parking and shuttle.

If you’re planning on attending during the weekend – either on Saturday or Sunday, we are beyond excited for you to be here with us! Please make sure to RSVP so that we can provide adequate spacing and seating for the events and especially during Sunday’s worship service at 10:00 a.m.
