What an incredible first day of Kids’ Camp!
We were so excited to welcome all of our kids for the kickoff to this year’s Northstar Kids’ Camp – Shipwrecked!
There was singing! There was dancing! There were stories! And then… there was rain! (Boy, was there rain!)
But that certainly didn’t dampen anyone’s spirits! In fact, it was fitting that we experienced a brief downpour. Especially since one of our worship songs for this year’s Kids’ Camp talks about how “through every storm of life” we can take comfort in knowing that God is by our side. We can hold onto His promises. And He never lets go of us! We were again reminded of this when the rain passed and the sun began to shine again, revealing a rainbow above us.
