Northstar has an amazing, extended ministry to and with volunteers. We are thankful for how God continues to provide people to serve the church and our guests on a weekly basis.

Promote a culture that develops servant leaders and equips them to use their God-given gifts for His glory.

What will you be doing?
- Creatively welcoming and helping build relationships with our volunteers on Sunday through the Volunteer Center
- Working with the staff and Ministry Team to recruit, train and encourage our volunteers.
- Supervising scheduling of volunteers through our online volunteer site.
Sounds like a lot?
It is. It’s a vital and strategic ministry opportunity, and it’s really not for the faint of heart. However, the rewards are enormous as you’ll see members and guests served well and joyfully on a weekly basis. You’ll also have the joy of knowing that the behind-the-scenes work that happens facilitates an environment that draws people into the loving presence of God.
