Hi Northstar family!
I am Autumn Halsey! I am from a small town known as Independence in Grayson County, Virginia. I love the mountains and the small-town feel so Blacksburg was a perfect place for me to call “Home” for undergrad. I will graduate in December from Virginia Tech with a degree in Accounting and a degree in Business Management.
While at Virginia Tech, I have been very involved in CRU Campus Ministry and even played club softball for three semesters. In high school, I played three sports so I am always looking for ways to stay active and have recently picked up running! Running in Blacksburg is a treat so you can find me outside!
I am more than excited to volunteer with the youth this summer because I have a heart for middle and high school students and their growth with the Lord. This is such a vital time for young girls and boys to establish their beliefs and values, and understand their identity in Christ. By knowing this, it changes everything! There is so much Joy in the Lord and I can’t wait to see that this summer in the youth. I am trusting that He will bring young women to the ministry and that He will work through the ReVerb team to bring more youth to Christ here in Blacksburg!
